Paris Saint-Germain and Monaco both scored four goals in their respective matches to take victories and stay top two in the league standings.
Lyon scored an early goal in each half to come out as the winner in the Choc des Olympiques. The result allowed Lyon to remain in third place while opening a three-point gap between themselves and Marseille.
After beating Toulouse, recently-promoted Strasbourg made it a sixth consecutive undefeated league match, and a third straight victory.
