Brighton held Tottenham Hotspur to a draw, leaving Spurs unable to take full advantage of the match they have in hand over Liverpool, and exposed to the threat of Chelsea catching up.

There are enough points left in the season to inspire a team like Chelsea to have hopes of tradings places with one of the lower teams in the Champions League qualification spot in the league. Chelsea did enough to win away against Burnley.

Manchester City celebrated their title win in front of their home fans with a performance that produced 5 goals against relegation-threatened Swansea City. The result postponed West Bromwich Albion’s relegation.

A goal in each half against AFC Bournemouth had Manchester United tightened their grip on second-place in the league.

Liverpool blew a two-goal lead to end up with just a point against bottom table West Bromwich Albion. Despite being undefeated in their last two matches, the odds of West Bromwich Albion avoiding relegation is negligible.

Southampton needed more than the goalless draw they played with Leicester City to help their relegation battle.

Three goals in the final 10 minutes of regulation time allowed Arsenal to start their farewell to Arsene Wenger with a ‘4-1’ victory over West Ham United.
