Harry Kane(Tottenham Hotspur) scored three goals to tie Mohamed Salah(Liverpool) as top goalscorers in the league with 15 goals each.

50% of the 2017/18 Premier League season complete and Manchester City is yet to suffer a defeat. City extended their record winning streak to 17-games in a row (the last point dropped was to Everton on August 21, 2017).

On the 19th round of the season, Manchester City sits 13 points clear at the top of the league table after being the only team in the top four to be on the winning side. Manchester United conceded a late goal to leave Leicester with a point, Chelsea was held to a goalless draw by an Everton side that is on a six-game undefeated run in the league, and after blowing a two-goal lead, Liverpool had to to get a late goal to avoid defeat at Arsenal.

Harry Kane scored a hat-trick to see Tottenham Hotspur leap over Burnley in the league standings, and David Moyes’s West Ham returned to losing ways in the Premier League after Newcastle United got a victory to end a 9-game winless streak that included 8 defeats.
