PREMIER LEAGUE
15 rounds into the season and …
There have been some positional changes in the top three but the point interval between them remained.
Manchester City climbed to the top of the standings with a win in Watford; taking full advantage of Chelsea’s defeat to West Ham.
Chelsea dropped from first to third.
The victory kept West Ham in the ‘top four’ and allowed them to maintain the two-point gap on the remainder of the league.

Defeat against Everton dropped Arsenal two positions down to 7th, while Tottenham and Manchester United secured the three points from home victories to move up a position.

Newcastle wins their first of the season to have all the occupants of the relegation zone on 10 points each.
Aston Villa beat Leicester to take 10th place. Leicester City dropped down to 11th.

West Ham got two second-half goals to come from behind and beat Chelsea in the London derby.

NEWCASTLE 1-0 BURNLEY
Callum Wilson’s goal in the 40th minute was enough to get Newcastle their first win of the season.
Newcastle equaled Burnley in points accumulated, as both clubs search for ways to battle relegation.

SOUTHAMPTON 1-1 BRIGHTON
A goal in the 8th minute of the final additional minutes denied Southampton a home win against Brighton.

WOLVES 0-1 LIVERPOOL
Wolves was fine with a third straight goalless draw if it was coming against Liverpool
Liverpool was on the brink of dropping points until Divock Origi scored the only goal of the match in the fourth minute of the final additional minutes.

WATFORD 1-3 MANCHESTER CITY
Bernardo Silva scored a brace to add to Raheem Sterling’s 4th-minute game-opening goal for a Manchester City win at Watford.

LEEDS 2-2 BRENTFORD
Patrick Bamford scored in the final minute of added time to save Leeds United from defeat to Brentford.

MANCHESTER UNITED 1- 0 CRYSTAL PALACE
Ralf Rangnick’s first game in charge of Manchester United ended in a win because of a 77th-minute goal from Fred.

TOTTENHAM 3-0 NORWICH
Norwich suffered their first defeat since winning their first match of the season.

ASTON VILLA 2-1 LEICESTER CITY
Ezri Ronson scored the brace to see Aston Villa come from a goal down to secure the three points at home against Leicester City.

EVERTON 2-1 ARSENAL
Despite having two goals ruled out by VAR for offside, Everton came from a goal down to beat Arsenal.
Richarlison eventually got the equalizing goal for Everton but had it not been for VAR, he would’ve scored a hattrick against Arsenal.
