Note this list of mouth-watering fixtures in your planner for this weekend.

November 25, 2017
Liverpool vs Chelsea
Borussia Dortmund vs Schalke 04

November 26, 2017
Valencia vs Barcelona
Monaco vs Paris Saint Germain

We would like for you to pay special attention to the English Premier League and the German Bundesliga this Saturday, and the Spanish La Liga and the French Ligue 1 on Sunday.

A victory at Anfield for Liverpool will see the team tie Chelsea in points on the league table.

Chelsea currently sits at 3rd with 25 points from 12 league matches, while Liverpool is 5th with 22 points from the same amount of matches. These sides are pre-season title contenders that are trying to reach their potential. On any given day, one of the sides can get the better of the other.

Liverpool’s attack is potent, but it has been the defense has let them down on several occasions. Chelsea’s defensive unit is usually solid, but the attacking threat that Liverpool possess will demand the best of Chelsea defenders. The home crowd will do all they can to give Liverpool the need boost throughout this match. A Chelsea victory in this fixture could see them climb up to second place in the league standings if Manchester United fails to get a victory against Brighton & Hove Albion.

We have an in-form Schalke 04 team going up against a Borussia Dortmund side that is trying to find their recipe to winning matches.

It has been six consecutive league matches without defeat for Schalke (5 wins and a draw), a runs that has taken the team to 2nd place in the Bundesliga standings. Borussia Dortmund is in desperate need of a victory after accumulating 4 defeats and a draw in their last 5 league games. The only victory Dortmund has had in their last 9 competitive matches came against Magdeburg; a third division team. Dortmund will fall further below their 5th place in the league standings if they suffer a defeat.

With all that said, Dortmund just needs a home victory to in this fixture to leap over Schalke in the league standings.

The best will be demanded from the team that will want to take all the three points in this fixture.

First placed FC Barcelona travels to play second-placed Valencia to see if the point-gap between the top two sides in the La Liga could be closed or widened. Both teams haven’t suffered a league defeat, and are performing a lot better than the pre-season expectations.

Valencia’s home match record for this season in the league is 5 wins and a draw from 6 matches, and that is an identical record to Barcelona’s away match record for this season in the league.

Undefeated Paris Saint-Germain will travel to face their toughest opposition in the French Ligue 1. It is an opportunity for Monaco to cut the point-gap between the two sides in half with a victory at home, but recent performances are pointing at the outcome of Paris Saint-Germain opening a 9-point gap between themselves and the rest of the league.
