Manchester City 4-3 Real Madrid

Despite suffering a defeat in Manchester, Real Madrid gave us a reminder as to why they are the most successful club in the competition’s history. Manchester City’s dominance could only get them a goal lead to take to the second leg.

Liverpool 2-0 Villarreal

Liverpool will take a 2-goal lead to Villarreal for the second leg.
