There are two rounds left to go.

Nantes couldn’t get a result at home against Montpellier, failing to take advantage of the help Paris St. Germain gave them by beating Auxerre.

Paris St. Germain has a firm grip on the title with just two more rounds remaining in the season. They earned three points at the expense of Auxerre’s battle against relegation.

Lens and Marseille are still competing for second place and direct qualification to the Champions League, but Lens gained the advantage after this round.

Monaco’s Champions League qualification hopes are officially over.

Regarding relegation, there is one spot left to be filled after Ajaccio and Troyes joined Angers in the relegation zone. Nantes, Auxerre, and mathematically Strasbourg are the candidates for that spot.
