Manchester United blew a 2-goal lead at home against Sevilla in the first leg and things didn’t get better for them in the second-leg.
A couple of additional defensive errors in led to Sevilla adding three goals to their tally to knock out Manchester United with a 5-2 aggregate win.

Lorenzo Pellegrini’s penalty miss came back to haunt Roma as they ended up losing 1-0 in Rotterdam against Feyenoord. In Rome, Pellegrini assisted Paulo Dybala’s crucial goal to take the game to extra-time and also scored the goal that insured Roma’s win.
It took an hour for Roma to even the score in the second leg, and were on the brink of elimination until Paulo Dybala scored a goal in the 89th minute to cancel Igor Paixao’s 80th-minute equalizer for Feyenoord.

Florian Wirtz scored in the 82nd minute to save Bayer Leverkusen from a home defeat against Union Saint-Gilloise in the first leg. Leverkusen got off to the best start in the second leg with a goal from Moussa Diaby in the opening 2 minutes, and Mitchel Bakker’s goal in the 38th minute to give them a 2-0 advantage to take into the break. Leverkusen were 3-1 up on the night before conceding.

Juventus gets away with a narrow 1-0 win at home and got away again with a ‘1-1’ draw away. Juventus advanced to the semifinal at Sporting CP’s expense.

Nice [1-2] Basel:

Fiorentina’s needed every bit of their 4-1 first-leg win in the second leg.
With 20 minutes left of the regulation time, Lech Poznan had recovered the 4-1 home defeat to make it 4-4 on aggregate.
Riccardo Sottil’s goal in the 78th minute and second-half substitute Geatano Castrovilli’s goal in the 2nd minute of the added time got Fiorentina over he line.

After a 2-2 draw in the first leg, Basel came from a goal down to force an extra time and win 2-1 on the night and 4-3 on aggregate against Nice.

Anderlecht made home advantage count with a 2-0 over AZ Alkmaar in the first leg.
AZ Alkmaar did the same to send the tie to a penalty shootout. AZ Alkmaar go through after a 4-1 win in the shootout.

Michail Antonio scored a brace as West Ham came from a goal down to secure a comfortable 4-1 win over Gent on the night. West Ham advanced to the semifinal witha 4-1 win on aggregate.
