CAGLIARI 1-1 VENEZIA
Keita Balde’s goal in the 19th minute looked like the goal that was going to hand Cagliari their first victory of the season until a goal from Gianluca Busio in the additional minutes saved Venezia from a defeat.

SALERNITANA 1-0 GENOA
Newly-promoted Salernitana won their first of the season in a narrow 1-0 win at home against Genoa.

TORINO 0-1 JUVENTUS
Manuel Locatelli scored the only goal of the match in the 86th minute to get Juventus a derby win and a third straight league victory. After a winless start in their opening three league matches of the season, Juventus is now having positive results in all competitions. They’ve not lost a match since the start of their UEFA Champions League campaign. A ‘1-1’ draw with AC Milan has been the only game they’ve dropped points in their last 6 matches in all competitions. Torino would think they deserved more from the match than they came out with.

SASSUOLO 1-2 INTER MILAN
Lautaro Martinez scored from a penalty in the 78th minute to complete the comeback for Inter Milan to get a narrow 2-1 win on the road against Sassuolo. It was what Inter Milan needed to make up for the points dropped in a 2-2 draw with Atalanta. Sassuolo is back to a defeat after ending a streak of 3 defeats against newly-promoted Salernitana in the last round.

BOLOGNA 3-0 LAZIO
Lazio followed up a Rome derby victory with a defeat at Bologna. The result allowed Bologna to equal Lazio in points.

HELLAS VERONA 4-0 SPEZIA
Hellas Verona went four games unbeaten in the league by getting a 4-0 victory against Spezia to double their wins in the standings.

SAMPDORIA 3-3 UDINESE
It was a back and forth game between Sampdoria and Udinese. Both teams settle for a point after being on losing streaks.

FIORENTINA 1-2 NAPOLI
Napoli came from a goal down to beat Fiorentina to make it 7 wins out of 7.

ROMA 2-0 EMPOLI
Roma bounced back from their derby defeat with a win against an Empoli side that was on a two-match winning run.

ATALANTA 2-3 AC MILAN
Atalanta narrowed the gap with two late goals but wasn’t enough to get anything from the fixture. AC Milan started with an early lead in the first minute with a goal from David Calabria and ended the half doubling the lead with a goal from Sandro Tonali, but it was Rafael Leao’s 78th-minute goal that won them the three points against Atalanta.
