Atalanta was dragged further from the title race after a defeat at home to Cagliari.
Gaston Pereiro’s goals got Cagliari a win to help their relegation battle.

SAMPDORIA 4- 0 SASSUOLO
Sampdoria moved six points from Sassuolo.
The first league win for Sampdoria in seven matches.

VENEZIA 0-2 NAPOLI
Napoli got the victory to take full advantage of the result from the Milan derby.

UDINESE 2- 0 TORINO
Udinese found the goals in the final added minutes of the match to take three points.

JUVENTUS 2- 0 HELLAS VERONA
The new signings are already paying off in goals.
Dusan Vlahovic and Denis Zakaria both scored on their debut to get Juventus a victory against Hellas Verona.

SALERNITANA 2-2 SPEZIA
Salernitana avoided defeat at home to Spezia by coming from a goal down on two occasions to get a 2-2 draw in the opening 30 minutes of the match. remained at the bottom of the table (with a game in hand)
