Juventus and AC Milan dropped two points each. Inter Milan and Napoli are flying high.
Napoli, Inter Milan, and Roma are the last three standing with a perfect winning record after two rounds of the 2022/23 Italian Serie A season.
The newly-promoted teams are at the bottom of the standings with no points.

Lazio vs Inter Milan
The last time Inter Milan went to the Stadio Olimpico (Rome) to face Lazio in the league, they were on the losing end of a 3-1 score.
Lazio dropped points in Turin (vs Torino) in the last round while Inter Milan stayed with a perfect winning start through a 3-0 win at Spezia. This will be an early test for both teams.

Juventus vs Roma
To stay with a 100% winning start, Roma will need to beat Juventus in Turin.
Roma has not beaten Juventus since 2019 (a 2-0 home win).
Juventus comes to this game after being held to a goalless draw by Sampdoria in the last round. Juventus came out on top in a 7-goal thriller against Roma in their most recent meeting by escaping with a 4-3 win.
AC Milan vs Bologna
AC Milan dropped their first set of points in the opening rounds of their title defense season after a ‘1-1’ draw with Atalanta in the last round. A win at home against Bologna is recommended for AC Milan to quickly get back on track.

Napoli is seeking to remain top of the league table with a win from Florence against a Fiorentina side that is also unbeaten. Something has to give.

Troyes is the only side without a point recorded in the league.

Lille will have newly promoted Ajaccio to bounce back from their heavy defeat to PSG in the last round. Ajaccio is without their first win of the season.

Lens vs Rennes
Lens and Rennes are both coming from a win in the last round.
To keep up pace with Paris St. Germain in the early title race, Lens will need a good result against Rennes.
August 28.
Nice vs Marseille
Nice suffered their first league defeat on the back of two draws in the last round. They now play as host to an unbeaten Marseille side in the coming round. Marseille will be looking for the points to keep up the pace in the early title race.
Paris St. Germain vs Monaco
Monaco side that is coming to the tie from their first league defeat of the season will be in Paris against a Paris St. Germain look to keep their perfect winning start.
Paris St. Germain is coming from an inspiring 7-1 win at Lille. They have a perfect winning record in the opening three matches and will be looking to stretch it to four when they host a Monaco side that is coming into the tie from a 4-1 defeat to Lens.

Brentford vs Everton
Everton will hope their first win of the season is in London (against Brentford).
Chelsea vs Leicester City
After getting thrashed 3-0 in Leeds, Chelsea has the opportunity at home to bounce back with a victory against a Leicester City side that has had a struggling start to their season with no win in three games. Both teams will be under pressure to get a positive result but Leicester City will be fine with a point from a draw than Chelsea will be in this game.
Can Leicester City pick up their first point (or win) at Stamford Bridge?
Liverpool vs Bournemouth
Liverpool is three games into the season without a win.
Liverpool has already dropped points against a newly-promoted side away from home (Fulham) in the opening round of the season. Now they get to go against another newly-promoted side (Bournemouth) at home to redeem themselves and possibly get their first win of the season. Bournemouth might have two defeats in the league but they have a win; that is something Liverpool can’t say they have at the moment.
Manchester City vs Crystal Palace
Manchester City will be looking to make up for the points dropped at Newcastle with a home win against a Crystal Palace side that is coming to this fixture on a high after beating Aston Villa to secure their first win of the season.

Arsenal’s ambition is to extend their 100% winning start to the season with a home win against Fulham.
