Heidenheim, Bayern Munich, and RB Leipzig are the teams with a perfect winning start after two rounds.
RB Leipzig ended Leverkusen’s long unbeaten run in domestic football.
Mainz and Werder Bremen are among the seven unbeaten teams remaining in the league, but they are also part of the seven winless teams left.
The two recently-promoted clubs, along with Bochum, are the three teams without a point so far.

[🇩🇪 league results]

Union Berlin ( 1 ) – ( 0 ) St. Pauli
Bochum ( 0 ) – ( 2 ) Borussia Mönchengladbach
Eintracht Frankfurt ( 3 ) – ( 1 ) Hoffenheim
Holstein Kiel ( 0 ) – ( 2 ) Wolfsburg
Stuttgart ( 3 ) – ( 3 ) Mainz
Werder Bremen ( 0 ) – ( 0 ) Borussia Dortmund
Bayer Leverkusen ( 2 ) – ( 3 ) RB Leipzig
Heidenheim ( 4 ) – ( 0 ) Augsburg
Bayern Munich ( 2 ) – ( 0 ) Freiburg

Union Berlin ( 1 ) – ( 0 ) St. Pauli
A single goal in the first half was enough for Union Berlin to follow an opening-round draw with a win against newly-promoted St. Pauli.

Bochum ( 0 ) – ( 2 ) Borussia Mönchengladbach
Mönchengladbach picked up their first win of the season, an away win over Bochum with two second-half goals.

Eintracht Frankfurt ( 3 ) – ( 1 ) Hoffenheim
Frankfurt picked up their first win of the season with a 3-1 home victory over Hoffenheim.

Holstein Kiel ( 0 ) – ( 2 ) Wolfsburg
Wolfsburg picked up their first win of the season with a 2-0 away victory over newly-promoted Holstein Kiel.

Stuttgart ( 3 ) – ( 3 ) Mainz
Stuttgart gave up a two-goal lead, regained a late lead, and ended up giving it up again to settle for a point at home in a 3-3 draw with Mainz. The result leaves both clubs without a win but preserves Mainz’s unbeaten start.
Werder Bremen ( 0 ) – ( 0 ) Borussia Dortmund
Werder Bremen and Dortmund remain unbeaten after a goalless draw between the two.

Bayer Leverkusen ( 2 ) – ( 3 ) RB Leipzig
Bayer Leverkusen lost their first league game in 36 matches (426 days). The last time Leverkusen lost a league game was on May 27, 2023 (the last day of the 2022/23 Bundesliga season). They went the entire 2023/24 season without a defeat, comfortably winning the Bundesliga title for the first time ever. This result was bound to happen sooner or later, and it only took two rounds of the new season for it to happen. The shocking part of this result was that it happened at home after they had taken a 2-0 lead. RB Leipzig came from two goals down to hand Bayer Leverkusen their first league defeat in over a season. Lois Openda scored two goals in the second half to secure the win for Leipzig after the first half ended with Leverkusen leading 2-1.

Heidenheim ( 4 ) – ( 0 ) Augsburg
Two goals in each half saw Heidenheim follow their 2-0 opening-round victory over St. Pauli with a 4-0 win at home against Augsburg.
