Monaco loses the top spot after a ‘2-0’ defeat in Lille. Monaco fell to third in the league standings, two points away from Lille after suffering a ‘2-0′ defeat.
Nice used a narrow win at Clermont to move up to the top of the league standings after 10 rounds.
Paris St. Germain is now a point from the top of the league table.’
Lyon remains the only side without a win.

Gaetan Laborde failed to give Nice the lead in the first half when he missed his penalty kick. Fortunately for Nice, Hichem Boudaoui scored the only goal of the game in the 74th minute to secure a win in Clermont. The result extends Nice’s unbeaten start to the season.

Josh Wilson-Esbrand entered the game in the 66th minute and scored the only goal of the match 18 minutes later to give Reims a 1-0 victory over Lorient.
Florian Sotoca scored twice from the spot as Lens put an end to back-to-back draws in the league with a 4-0 win against Nantes.

Montpellier, with a game in hand, equaled Toulouse in points by beating them ‘3-0’. Akor Adams scored two goals to secure Montpellier the maximum points.
Marseille and Lyon, two of France’s most successful football clubs, are both struggling to meet expectations this season. Marseille is at the bottom end of the top half of the league table, while Lyon is bottom of the table without a league win. The match between the two teams was called off after Lyon’s bus was attacked with stones as it arrived at the stadium, injuring Lyon manager Fabio Grosso.
