Bordeaux came from a goal down to a 3-1 win against Metz when the bottom two teams in the league faced off for the points to help improve the odds of their survival.

A hat-trick of goals for Mbappe and Neymar. A hat-trick of assists for Messi. Paris St. Germain picked up a 6-1 win away against Clermont Foot.

Benjamin Bourigueaud’s two goals in the first half laid the foundation for a Rennes win at Reims. Martin Terrier’s goal in the 58th minute ended up deciding the math for Rennes to take all three points from a 3-2 win against Reims.

Saint-Etienne went from a two-goal lead in the opening 22 minutes to a 6-2 defeat to Lorient at the time of the final whistle. Terem Moffi and Ibrahima Kone scored two goals each; both scoring their first goal in the first half to see Lorient go into the halftime break on level terms.

More points dropped by the defending champions as Lille could only pick up a point from a 1-1 draw at Angers.

There wasn’t a Wissam Ben Yedder goal but Kevin Volland scored in the 57th minute restoring Monaco’s lead in the second half for Monaco to make it a streak of three wins in a row through a 2-1 win against Troyes.

Karl Toko Ekambi scored in the 90th minute to save Lyon a point at Strasbourg.
