It was Lacazette’s handball that gave Lille a penalty to widen the lead by two goals but Lacazette made up for his error by scoring two goals to get Lyon a point at Lille. 6 goals split evenly between the two clubs, with Jonathan David picking up all of Lille’s three goals.

A late goal from Kylian Mbappe got Paris St. Germain three points at Brest in a 2-1 win. After defeat in Munich exited them out of the Champions League, this was an important win for Paris St. Germain to make another charge toward the league title.

Clermont Foot followed their first win in seven matches with a 4-0 home defeat against Lens.
After dropping points in their last two league games and getting knocked out of the Coupe de France by Nanes, Ikoma Openda scored a 5-minute hattrick to fund a ‘4-0’ win for Lens against Clermont Foot. Not only did Openda score three, but he also assisted Alexis Claude to score the fourth goal. It took 30 minutes for Openda to get his opening goal, and he was done scoring in the 35th minute.

Montpellier is unbeaten in their last 5 matches (4 wins) after Elye Wahi came off the bench in the 61sft minute and scored the only goal of the game 7 minutes later to win Montpellier three points at Ajaccio’s expense.

Angers loses 4 league games in a row after a 2-0 home defeat against Toulouse. It’s not a shock result as they’ve gone 19 games without a league win, losing 17.
For Toulouse, the result ended a run of three straight league defeats.

Nantes came from behind on two occasions to get a point at home against Nice. Ludovic Blas failed to give Nantes a first-half lead when he hit the bar with his penalty in the 34th minute after Moussa Sissoko had scored for Nantes in the 30th minute to cancel the lead Terem Moffi’s goal had given Nice in the 4th minute.

Monaco goes three games without a win after a 1-0 defeat at home against Reims.
Monaco was the last team to beat Reims in the league (a 3-0 score on September 18. 2022). Reims have not gone 19 matches unbeaten in Ligue 1. (9 wins)

Strasbourg come out of Marseille with a point after Jean Aholou scored two late goals in as many minutes to get Strasbourg from 2 goals down to a draw.
Granted that Marseille played the majority of the game with a numerical disadvantage when Leonardo Balerdi picked up a red card in the 29th minute, losing two goals that late was an upset. But on the balance of play, it was a deserved point for Strasbourg.
