Saint-Etienne moved up from the bottom of the standings with a win against Clermont.
Bordeaux dropped to the bottom to replace Saint-Etienne.

PARIS ST. GERMAIN 1-0 RENNES
Just when the chasing pack was looking to see PSG drop some points, they take the maximum points in the dying minutes through a Kylian Mbappe goal in the third minute of the final added minutes.
Rennes came into the match as the only team that has beaten Paris St. Germain in the league this season, and they were close to leaving Paris unbeaten.

MONTPELLIER 0-1LILLE
Lille moved a point above Montpellier through a 77th-minute goal from Xeka.

LYON 2-0 NICE
After ending a three-match winning streak in a defeat to Monaco in the last round, Lyon avoided a successive defeat in the league by getting back to their winning ways with a win against Nice.
It was also a successive league defeat for Nice.

MONACO 0-0 LORIENT
Monaco’s ambition to qualify for a continental cup competition was growing with recent results but dropping points against Lorient did not help the cause.

ANGERS 0-1 STRASBOURG
Strasbourg joined the 40-point list with a win against Angers
Strasbourg has now won 5 of their last 6 matches after Kevin Gameiro’s goal in the 11th minute held on to their final whistle against Angers.

BREST 5-1 TROYES
Martin Satriano’s first-half brace was followed by Franck Honorat’s second-half brace, and then Steve Mounie’s goal to completed the scoring.
Brest followed their defeat at Rennes with a comprehensive victory over Troyes.


CLERMONT FOOT 1-2 SAINT- ETIENNE
Unlike the reverse fixture, Saint-Etienne’s comeback was a bit earlier.
Saint-Etienne came from a goal down to win consecutively in the league for the second time this season.
Clermont Foot was part of the streak on both occasions.

NANTES 1-0 REIMS
Reims was down a man and a goal in the first 20 minutes after Yunis Abdelhamid was sent off on a red card in the 14th minute and Moses Simons scored the only goal of the game from a free kick in the 17th minute.

LENS 3- 2 BORDEAUX
Bordeaux tried for a comeback but failed to fully recover from the three goals they conceded in the first half-hour. [26 minutes]

Bordeaux has a win from their last 6 league matches. Their recent four games have produced 23 goals; of which 5 were to their benefit.
A 6-0 defeat at Rennes, a thrilling 4-3 defeat to Strasbourg, a 5-0 hammering against Reims, and now a 3-2 defeat at Lens.

METZ 1-2 MARSEILLE
Nice defeat against Lyon meant Marseille didn’t need the result to keep second place. But against a team in a relegation battle, Marseille just had to take the opportunity.
