In Group B, Croatia conceded late in a 2-2 draw with Albania, while Spain and Italy faced each other to build on their winning start; only Spain managed to do so.

It was a deserved win for Spain based on the balance of play, as Riccardo Calafiori’s own goal in the 55th minute decided the game. Spain doubled their wins in Group B without conceding any goals. They advance from the group as winners, most likely.

🇧🇪 Belgium vs. 🇷🇴 Romania
Belgium recovered from their opening-day defeat by beating a Romania side that was looking to double their wins in the group. Youri Tielemans gave Belgium an early lead by scoring the opening goal in the second minute. Kevin De Bruyne’s goal in the 80th minute settled all nerves for Belgium and their fans. With this result and Ukraine’s win over Slovakia the previous day, Group E has all four teams tied at 3 points each.

We enter the third round of the group stage in the European Championship.

Germany will look to win Group A with maximum points by beating Switzerland, the second-best ranked team in the group. The Swiss will win the group if they beat the Germans, but we don’t think the host nation will allow that to happen. Scotland and Hungary will battle for third place.

Group B concludes in the Euro: Italy looks for a win against Croatia to bounce back from their defeat against Spain. The Spanish team will be aiming to win the group unbeaten with maximum points by beating Albania. Both Albania and Croatia are still without a win.

Group C and Group D wrap up in the Euro.
All four teams in Group C are in a position to win it, but it is England’s to lose as things stand. Both England and Denmark will go into the final game knowing a win is needed to guarantee advancement to the knockout stage. England will need a win against Slovenia to ensure they win Group C. Denmark and Serbia are both on 2 points, only separated by the ‘fair play’ points.

As things stand in Group D, the Netherlands and France are advancing directly to the Round of 16, but Austria can change that if they manage to win against the Dutch. Poland is out and will have nothing but pride on the line when they face a French side that will be looking for a win to ensure direct advancement to the knockout stage.

All four teams in Group E are on three points. Belgium takes on Ukraine, while Romania takes on Slovakia.

In Group F: Georgia’s debut tournament will end in a group stage elimination if they fail in the next game. We don’t expect them to do so, as they will be facing a Portuguese side looking to win Group F with the maximum points.
It is a must-win for Czechia when they face Turkey in the final match of Group F.
