English Premier League

Brighton vs Manchester United
Could Manchester United’s first league victory of the season be at Brighton?
As things stand, Brighton has a league win and Manchester United doesn’t. (Manchester United have a game in hand).
After opening their season with a home defeat against Crystal Palace, the pressure is on Manchester United to avoid making it a streak of winless games in the opening rounds of the season.

Crystal Palace vs Everton
There will be points dropped for the first time in the season when Crystal Palace and Everton meet up in the third round of the 2020/21 Premier League. They’ve both come out of the opening rounds with wins. Who will be first to drop points.

Manchester City vs Leicester City
Leicester City will need to beat Manchester City to hold on to their position at top of the pile in the Premier League.
Manchester City have a game in hand and a win will see them equal Leicester Citys on points accumulated.

Liverpool vs Arsenal
Who will be first to lose their status as ‘unbeaten.
Anfield will be tested when the defending champions face an Arsenal side that are unbeaten, conceded 1 goal and scored 5.

German Bundesliga

Bayern Munich, Dortmund, and RB Leipzig are looking to double their wins and kick start a winning streak in the German Bundesliga, while Borussia Monchengladbach will look to bounce back from the opening day defeat with a good result at home against Union Berlin.
Augsburg vs Dortmund
Dortmund goes to Augsburg to double their wins and stay perfect in their quest to challenge Bayern Munich from a 9th successive title.

Schalke vs Werder Bremen
Schalke needs redemption.
After going 16 straight games without win at the end of last season, Schalke kicked off their season with a humiliating (and somewhat expected) 8-0 defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich.
Both Schalke and Werder Bremen are coming into this fixture on the back of an opening day defeat.

Hoffenheim vs Bayern Munich
Bayern goes to Hoffenheim next. What can we expect?
After picking up 3 points from scoring 8 goals and conceding none, what can we expect from Bayern’s trip to play Hoffenheim?
In the opening round, both Serge Gnabry (Bayern Munich) and Andrej Kramaric (Hoffenheim) scored a hattrick as their teams grabbed 3 points.

Leverkusen vs RB Leipzig
RB Leipzig will go to Leverkusen in search of another league victory, while Leverkusen will be searching for their first league goal and hopefully their first three points.

Spanish La Liga

Real Betis vs Real Madrid
After a goalless draw to open their season, Real Madrid will be searching for victory number 1 of the season when they travel to face Real Betis.

Atletico Madrid vs Granada
Atletico Madrid joins the title race by facing a Granada side that finished top of the table at the end of the last round of games.

Barcelona vs Villarreal
Ronald Koeman’s first competitive match as Barcelona’s manager will be at home against Villarreal.
Villarreal will be the first guest at Camp Nou and Barcelona’s first opponent in the 2020/21 league title race.
With Real Madrid dropping points in their opening game of the season, picking up the maximum points will be the objective for Barcelona.

Cadiz vs Sevilla
Sevilla joins the race as a guest to a newly-promoted Cadiz side who picked up a victory in the previous round.

French Ligue 1

Saint-Etienne vs Rennes (French Ligue 1)
A Top-of-the-table clash in Ligue1 when these two team face off.
Saint-Etienne must grab a win against Rennes to guarantee a stay at the top of the league table.
The only thing separating the two teams in the standings is ‘Goals Scored’. Both are unbeaten and are on 10 points. An early top of the table clash in Ligue 1.

Lorient vs Lyon
Reims vs Paris St. Germain

Lyon must find a solution for consecutive draws when they go to Lorient.
PSG will be looking for their 3rd win in a row when they go to Reims.

Italian Serie A

Roma vs Juventus
After a goalless draw (and point reduction)in the opening round, Roma must fight Juventus to make up for the points dropped. A test for both clubs.

Torino vs Atalanta
Atalanta joins the title race.
They go away to play a Torino side that should be looking to make amends for kicking off their season with a defeat on the road.

Cagliari vs Lazio
Lazio joins the title race. They go away to Cagliari to open their season. Both teams will be hoping to seal their first league win of the season.

Inter Milan vs Fiorentina
Inter joins the title race by taking on Fiorentina.
