Napoli came into the match looking for their first win, while Milan was looking to start a winning streak with another victory.
Arkadiusz Milik gave Napoli a two-goal lead into the break.  Mbaye Niang and Saso brought Milan back into the match. Napoli might be terrible at preventing goals being scored on them, but they do just enough in attack to keep them afloat. Callejon scored the winning goal in the 74th minute for Napoli, before a defensive breakdown of Milan forced Romagnoli to score an own goal deep into injury time to give Napoli a comfortable 4-2 lead to cross the finish line.
