Alexandre Lacazette scored two goals from the penalty to give Lyon the win against Caen. His first penalty goal was in the 31st minute and he doubled the lead late in the injury time of the second half.  The two goals takes Lacazette’s total for the season. It has been a perfect start for Lyon in the 2016/17 Ligue 1 season. Two wins in two games is not bad at all for one of the teams that can contend for the title.

After coming back from 2 goals down to win their opening match against Lorient, Caen was looking to see what they can do against a stronger Ligue 1 opposition. There is some work to be done for Caen.
