A defensive error in a poor back pass set Lyon back a goal away at Bordeaux, but Lyon responded in the second half with two goals to take get a needed win.
Toulouse stayed put at the bottom after suffering their eleventh consecutive defeat in all competitions.
Bafode Diakite scored a brace to get Toulouse from a losing position to a winning one, but Toulouse conceded 4 goals in the final 20 minutes of regulation time to suffer a 5-2 home defeat against Brest.
Lille has only won 1 game away from home this season. A ‘1-0’ defeat at Dijon kept Lille out of a ‘top four’ finish at the end of the round.
