The year ends with Bayern Munich still the best team in Europe.
Bayern Munich was the only team to score over 300 points in the final Gold List ranking.
They lead in the German Bundesliga title race and are bound to make it another title-winning season.

LOWEST RANKED CHAMPIONS: Lille (French Ligue 1) coming in 41st on the list is the lowest of the defending champions. Atletico Madrid (Spanish La Liga) came in 28th.

 

 

From the recently promoted, Rayo Vallecano (33rd) and Empoli (36th) are the best ranked.
It is not a surprise that the bottom three teams are also recently promoted teams: Greuther Furth (German Bundesliga), Salerintana (Italian Serie A), and Norwich City (English Premier League).
