Both Marseille and Lens dropped points in this round to allow Paris St. Germain to move 2 points in the lead with a win at Lyon.
Apart from the positional change between Lens and Lorient, the ‘top 4’ has the same occupants.

Ajaccio won their first of the season to tighten up the relegation battle.

Auxerre suffered their fourth league defeat, while Lorient enjoyed their fourth league win.

Teji Savanier scored a late penalty to get Montpellier a 2-1 lead in the 5th minute of the final added time. Montpellier ended a streak of defeat at two, while Strasbourg ended a streak of draws at three.

Monaco wins three league games in a row after a 3-0 win at Reims.
Two goals in the dying minutes from Takumi Minamino and Wissam Ben Yedder allowed Monaco to beat a 10-man Reims by a presentable margin of victory.

Matteo Guendouzi scored both goals as Marseille dropped points at home in a 1-1 draw with Rennes.

Jean-Clair Todibo received a red card nine seconds into the match to leave Nice with a numerical disadvantage until the 62nd minute when Sofian Boufal accumulated yellow cards to even the playing field. Angers was already up a goal by then and won the game with that goal.

Lens stayed unbeaten but Nantes picked up a deserved point at home after a goalless draw Lens.
