- A ‘1-0’ away win against Lorient allowed Marseille to make it a back-to-back victory in Ligue 1 after 4 matches without a win. Lorient on the other hand made a quick return to their winless ways after breaking a 5-winless streak in the last round.
- Mosie Kean and Kylian Mbappe shared the goalscoring (2 goals each) for Paris St Germain to pick up another league win in their title defense.

- Bordeaux finally broke Nimes down in the final 10 minutes of regulation time to win 2-0 at home.
Strasbourg beat Brest to end a streak of three defeats. - 4 straight losses for Saint-Etienne after getting a 2-0 beating at Metz.

- Monaco pulled one back in the second half but the Lyon completed the task in the first half by grabbing 4 goals. Karl Toko Ekambu contributed 2 goals to Lyon’s 4-1 win against Monaco. A successive league win for Lyon while stretching Monaco’s winless run to three successive matches.
