On the balance of play, Arsenal arguably deserved a bit more than a defeat.
ARSENAL 1- 2 MANCHESTER CITY
Rodri scored the winning goal in the third minute of injury time against a 10-man Arsenal to get Manchester City the maximum points in London.

In hindsight, they were silly yellow cards to concede but Gabriel picked up two yellow cards [two minutes apart] to leave Arsenal with a numerical disadvantage from the 59th minute after Manchester City had gotten an equalizing goal in the 57th minute.

CRYSTAL PALACE 2-3 WEST HAM
Two goals from Crystal Palace in the final 10 minutes made things interesting but West Ham walked to the three points with three first-half goals.

WATFORD 0-1 TOTTENHAM
Davinson Sanchez’s goal in the sixth minute of the final additional minutes got Tottenham all the three points.

CHELSEA 2-2 LIVERPOOL
Wonder goals from Mateo Kovacic and Christian Pulisic got Chelsea a point at home.
Liverpool blew a two-goal lead in the final minutes of the first half. The points are shared. Chelsea remains a point and position above Liverpool in the standings. Liverpool has a game in hand.

BRENTFORD 2-1 ASTON VILLA
Yoann Nissa scored towards the end of the first half to get Brentford even on the scoreboard. Mads Roesler scored towards the end of the second half to win it for Brentford.
A successive defeat for Aston Villa, and the first victory in three matches for Brentford.

LEEDS 3-1 BURNLEY
Mathematically, Burnley has two games in hand to reduce the 8-point gap Leeds installed between the two teams with this win.

EVERTON 2-3 BRIGHTON
Alexis Mac Allister scored the match opening goal and the eventual game-winning goal for Brighton to leave Goodison Park with all three points

MANCHESTER UNITED 0-1 WOLVES
Joao Martinho scored the only goal of the game in the 82nd minute to get Wolves a win at Old Trafford.
The result allowed Wolves to narrow the gap in points to 3, while also denying Manchester United the opportunity to close in on a Champions League qualifying position in the league.
