Manchester City is on the brink of another league title.
Manchester United has a game in hand but 4 points clear in second place.
Leicester dropped points against Southampton to allow Chelsea to use a win over Fulham to close in on third place.
Chelsea joined the teams with 60+ points.
West Ham is hovering around Champions League football qualification in 5th; above Tottenham, Liverpool, and Arsenal.


The teams that are under the threat of relegation didn’t do enough to help their situation over this round.
West Brom dropped points against Wolves.
Fulham was beaten by Chelsea
Newcastle United was beaten by Arsenal.
Burnley by West Ham.

With a maximum of 12 points left for each club, West Brom is 10 points from safety, while Fulham is 9 points from safety.
Defeat in their next game will see them complete the relegation list Sheffield United.

A 10-man Southampton side took a point at home against a Leicester City team that has ambitions of Champions League success.
A couple of minutes separated Sergio Aguero’s winning goal from Ferran Torres’s insurance goal to get Manchester City the three points against Crystal Palace.
After beating Manchester City, taking points from Chelsea, Liverpool, and Manchester United, and denying Fulham and Sheffield United the points they needed in their relegation battles, Leeds United was on the end of a 2-0 defeat at Brighton.
Kai Harvetz scored a brace for Chelsea to win the West London derby after a 2-0 victory against Fulham. Fulham needed the points to help their relegation battle but it was Chelsea who got the points to help their bid to finish in the ‘top 4’.
Everton followed up a win against Arsenal with a home defeat to Aston Villa. Anwar El-Ghazi’s 80th-minute goal got Aston Villa a 2-1 win at Goodison Park.

A 2-0 home defeat to Arsenal was Newcastle’s first defeat in five matches. It was a victory that Arsenal needed to help their form.
Supporters of Manchester United broke into the stadium to protest the club’s ownership. The threat from the demonstration called for the postponement of the ‘Manchester United vs Liverpool’ fixture.
Gareth Bale made a three-goal contribution to Tottenham’s 4-0 win over relegated Sheffield United.

A point will be appreciated but West Brom needed more than a point. A 1-1 draw at home put West Brom 10 points away from safety.
Michail Antonio’s goals got West Ham from a losing position to a 2-1 lead at the end of the first half. The score held till the final whistle to get West Ham their first win in three matches.
