Sevilla made is a sixth consecutive match in all competitions without a victory.  And within that spell, they’ve been knocked out of the UEFA Champions League and the position to finish in a place that will directly qualify them for the competition in the 2017/18 season.  

Messi scored a brace after Suarez gave Barcelona the winning goal to keep tabs on Real Madrid at the top of the table.
