Group E. Toulouse
Italy 1-0 Sweden
A late goal from Eder gave Italians their second win of the 2016 European Championship. With two wins in two matches, Italy advances from Group E to the knockout stage.
Sweden was lucky to get a draw against Ireland in their opening match of the tournament. This is the kind of luck that teams don’t get playing against tactically sound teams like Italy.

It was a more impressive Swedish side than we saw against Rep. Ireland but failed to capitalize on the chances they were able to create.
Two matches in the 2016 European Championship and no Swedish player has been able to get a goal to their name.
Will Italy leave Group E without conceding a goal?
