Italian Serie A with 2 more rounds left of the season: Lazio and Napoli have Champions League football.

Italian Serie A:

A 10-point deduction and a 4-1 defeat to Empoli have dropped Juventus to 7th place in the league standings.

There are two more Champions League qualification spots remaining after Lazio joined Napoli. Inter Milan and AC Milan are looking likely to secure the other two spots, but Atalanta and Roma will try to have a say in the final rounds.

Cremonese has joined Sampdoria in relegation, leaving one more spot to be filled. Hellas Verona currently occupies that spot, but with a few rounds left in the season, Spezia and Lecce are the other two possibilities.

Spezia and Lecce played to a goalless draw, keeping them just above the relegation zone. Fortunately for both teams, Hellas Verona left Bergamo empty-handed.
