Despite playing the final 30 minutes of regulation time with a man less, Atalanta was able to double his scoring and Atalanta’s lead to give his side an important away victory that took them to fourth place in the league standing; closing in on Napoli.

Empoli did put up a good fight, but an unstoppable Juventus moved closer their 33rd and sixth consecutive league title after doing what was expected and defeating Empoli at home.

Radja Nainggolan was the star of the show when Roma went to the San Siro and defeated Inter Milan to keep up with Juventus at the top of the table.

Inter Milan dropped to sixth as Roma created an 11-point gap between the two sides in the league standings.

A missed penalty denied Andrea Belotti a hattrick that could have helped Torino to an away victory over Fiorentina.
Torino canceled out a two-goal deficit in the second half to leave Fiorentina with a point.
