Atalanta stayed top of the table but pulled two points away with a win against Monza after Roma’s shocking defeat against Udinese.
A win in the Milan Derby allowed AC Milan to re-enter the top four by taking 3rd place from Inter Milan. Inter Milan fell 5 positions down to 8th.
Napoli moved up to second.
Udinese moved up 5 positions to 4th.

Bologna, Cremonese, Empoli, Leece, Monza, and Sampdoria remain without a win after 5 rounds.

They arguably deserved more from the balance of play than a point, but Fiorentina came from a goal down to get a 1-1 draw at home against Juventus.
Had Luka Toric converted his penalty in the 44th minute, Fiorentina might have come out of the tie with a deserved three points.

Rafael Leao’s brace and Olivier Giroud’s goal got AC Milan from a goal down in the 21st minute to being two goals up at the hour mark.
AC Milan wins a consecutive Milan derby in the league to remain unbeaten, while also handing Inter Milan a second defeat of the season.

They had to come from going down a goal in the opening four minutes but Napoli took three points from Rome to Naples by staying unbeaten in the league through a 2-1 win against Lazio.

Cremonese take their first point since promotion through a goalless draw with Sassuolo

Marko Arnautovic scored in the 7th minute to get Bologna the lead and another in the 64th minute to get them a point after Spezia came from behind to take the lead. Bologna remains without a win.

Hellas Verona won their first game of the season at Sampdoria’s expense.
The goals came at the tail end of the first half. Hellas Verona came from a goal down to grab their first maximum points from a 2-1 home win.
Sampdoria’s search for their first win of the season is extended to the sixth round.

Roma’s unbeaten run ended after getting thrashed 4-0 by Udinese.

It was another defeat for newly-promoted Monza after losing their fifth game in their first five matches of the season in a 2-0 home defeat to Atalanta. The result gave Atalanta a 2-point lead in the title race.

Lecce was beaten by a goal in Turin (against Torino) in the final match of the round.
