German Bundesliga after the 7th round : Bayern Munich suffered their first league defeat.

BUNDESLIGA

Freiburg is now the only unbeaten side left in the league after Bayern Munich’s defeat.
Leverkusen joined Bayern Munich as the team with the most points in the Bundesliga after seven rounds.
Dortmund and Freiburg are a point away from the top, while Wolfsburg is a win away from the top despite recent poor form.

Freiburg replaced Wolfsburg in the top four while Dortmund moved up a position to 3rd.

The bottom four stayed as they are. Greuther Furth and Bochim are in teh relegation zone.

FC KOLN 3-1 GREUTHER FURTH
Ellyes Skhiri’s goals decided the game for FC Koln. FC Koln scored three goals in the second half to come from an early goal down to Greuther Furth. The result keeps Greuther Furth at the bottom of the table without a win since the start of the Bundesliga season.


DORTMUND 2-1 AUGSBURG
Julian Brandt’s goal in the second half got Dortmund back on a winning track.

HERTHA BERLIN 1-2 FREIBURG
Hertha Berlin followed up a 6-0 defeat against RB Leipzig with another defeat against Freiburg. Freiburg remains unbeaten in the league and gained in their season record a win more than a draw with this result. (4 wins, 3 draws).

STUTTGART 3-1 HOFFENHEIM
Hoffenheim followed a 3-1 win against Wolfsburg with a defeat to Stuttgart by the same score. The result allowed Stuttgart to equal Hoffenheim in points accumulated.

WOLFSBURG 1-3 MONCHENGLADBACH
Monchengladbach made it back-to-back wins while handing Wolfsburg a back-to-back defeat. It’s three Bundesliga games without a win for Wolfsburg after following a 1-1 draw with successive ‘3-1’ defeats. Wolfsburg moved from 3-1 away defeat to Hoffenheim to a 3-1 home defeat against Monchengladbach.

RB LEIPZIG 3-0 BOCHUM
After a goalless opening half, RB Leipzig followed their thrashing of Hertha Berlin with a win against newly-promoted Bochum. Christopher Nkunku added two more goals to his personal tally.
Mainz 1-2 Union Berlin
Taiwo Awoniyi’s two goals in the second half got Union Berlin from a goal down to get the victory that move the two points above Mainz.

BAYERN MUNICH 1-2 FRANKFURT
Bayern Munich’s first league defeat of the season came at home against a Frankfurt side that was without a win. Frankfurt won their first of the season by handing Bayern Munich their first defeat of the season. It looked like things were going according to plan when Leon Goretzka scored in the 29th minute to give Bayern Munich the lead.

ARMINIA BIELEFELD 0-4 LEVERKUSEN
Arminia Bielefeld remained without a victory after losing 4-0 at home to Leverkusen. Patrick Schick’s two goals were sandwiched by goals from Moussa Diaby and Kerem Demirbay.
