Leverkusen have now gone four league games without a win (3L 1D).
Union Berlin took all three points at the end when Cedric Teuchert finished off a counter attack with a goal in the 88th minute to hand his side a ‘1-0 win against Leverkusen.
Teuchert entered the game in the 24th minute to replace injured Sheraldo Becker.

Marco Reus missed a penalty to deny Dortmund a win. That is two points dropped against relegation zone Mainz.
Dortmund had to come from a goal down to avoid defeat at home to Mainz.
An early goal in the 2nd minute from Haaland was called off by VAR for offside. As expected Dortmund dominated the game (especially in the opening half).
A wonder goal handed Mainz the lead.

Werder Bremen pulled a point away from Augsburg after grabbing all three points with 2 goals in the final 10 minutes of the regulation time.

Despite being first to get on the score sheet with a goal in the opening 5 minutes, the best RB Leipzig could do after defeat to Dortmund in the last round was a 2-2 draw at Wolfsburg.

Stuttgart came from a goal down on two occasions to earn a point at home against Monchengladbach.

A 2-1 win allowed Bayern to open a 4-point lead on the chasing pack.
Bayern Munich stayed top with a win against Freiburg.

Luka Jovic came off the bench in the 72nd-minute and scored the game winning goal and the insurance goal for Frankfurt to win at home against Schalke.
