Nancy is relegated despite victory against Saint-Etienne.

Nancy played their part and got a victory but it was only good to make sure they don’t end the season at the bottom of the league table.

Lorient           1-1          Bordeaux

Vincente Le Goff 29’                   Younousse Sankharé 7’

Lorient could only manage a point against Bordeaux. Which means they will have to settle for the relegation playoff position.

Bafetimbi Gomis sunk Bastia with his second half goal.

A victory would have done Bastia a lot of good. Victory in this match for Bastia was the difference between being in the relegation playoff and being relegated.

Lyon               3-3         OGC Nice

Maxime Le Marchand 10’(o.g)     Anastasios Donis 15’ 69’
Alexandre Lacazette 48’ 78’         Jean Michael Seri 90’+4’(pen)

It was a point for fourth place Lyon and third-place Nice.  A late penalty made sure Nice didn’t end the season on a hat-trick of defeats.

Paris Saint-Germain     1-1    Caen

Adrien Rabiot 13’                                         Sylvio Rodelin 90’+1’

There was no title for Paris Saint-Germain to defend. Cavani couldn’t add to his scoring record in the season as Paris Saint-Germain finished the season at home with a point against Caen.

Toulouse          0-0        Dijon

A point at Toulouse was good enough to keep Dijon safe in Ligue 1 for at least another season.
