(english premier league) :

Newcastle United ( 1 ) – ( 1 ) Manchester City
Arsenal ( 4 ) – ( 2 ) Leicester City
Brentford ( 1 ) – ( 1 ) West Ham United
Chelsea ( 4 ) – ( 2 ) Brighton & Hove Albion
Everton ( 2 ) – ( 1 ) Crystal Palace
Nottingham Forest ( 0 ) – ( 1 ) Fulham
Wolverhampton Wanderers ( 1 ) – ( 2 ) Liverpool

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Anthony Gordon’s 58th-minute strike for Newcastle United canceled out Josko Gvardiol’s first-half opener, as Manchester City dropped points for a second consecutive match following a 2-2 draw with Arsenal. While City remains unbeaten, they’ve now surrendered four points from their last six in the league. For a team chasing a fifth consecutive Premier League title, it remains to be seen if this is a temporary dip in form or a sign that the reigning champions may finally relinquish their crown.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Arsenal nearly squandered a two-goal lead but rallied late with two goals in added time to secure a 4-2 win over a struggling Leicester City side, who remain winless since their promotion.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Brentford couldn’t convert an early lead into three points at home. Bryan Mbeumo put Brentford ahead inside the first minute, but Tomas Soucek’s 54th-minute equalizer secured a point for West Ham United.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 In a six-goal thriller at Stamford Bridge, Cole Palmer stole the spotlight with four first-half goals, helping Chelsea recover from an early deficit to clinch a 4-2 victory. Chelsea extended their unbeaten run to four games, maintaining strong form after their opening-round defeat to Manchester City.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Both Everton and Crystal Palace were desperate for their first league wins of the season. Dwight McNeil’s second-half brace saw Everton overturn a 1-0 deficit and claim a 2-1 victory, leaving Palace frustrated without a win.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Raul Jimenez’s 51st-minute penalty proved decisive as Fulham edged past Nottingham Forest 1-0, securing a valuable away win.

🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿 Liverpool earned a hard-fought 2-1 victory on the road, with Mohamed Salah’s 61st-minute penalty restoring their lead after Wolves briefly leveled through Ryan Aït-Nouri. Ibrahima Konaté had earlier put the Reds ahead just before halftime.

Bologna ( 1 ) – ( 1 ) Atalanta (italian serie a) :

🇮🇹 Lautaro Martinez was the star for Inter Milan, netting a brace to guide his side to a 3-2 win over Udinese. After giving up their early lead in the first minute by conceding in the 35th minute, Martinez’s first goal restored Inter’s lead just before halftime, and his second, immediately after the break, doubled their advantage. The win saw Inter bounce back from their Milan Derby defeat in the previous round.

🇮🇹 Juventus ended a run of three goalless draws with a convincing 3-0 win over Genoa. Dusan Vlahovic struck twice in the second half, while Chico Conceição added a late third to seal the result. Juventus remains the only team in Europe’s top seven leagues yet to concede a goal this season.

🇮🇹 Despite playing with a numerical disadvantage from the 50th minute after Jhon Lucumi received a red card, Bologna were on the brink of a home win until Lazar Samardžić’s goal in the 90th minute denied them victory against Atalanta.

Saad completed his brace in the 72nd minute, securing St. Pauli’s first Bundesliga win of the season with a commanding 3-0 victory away at Freiburg. The result marked back-to-back unbeaten games for St. Pauli, who followed a goalless draw with RB Leipzig with this emphatic win, after losing their first three matches of the campaign.

🇩🇪 Mainz were reduced to 10 men within the first 30 minutes as Andreas Hanche-Olsen received two yellow cards, compounding their troubles after Marvin Pieringer had already given Heidenheim a 15th-minute lead. Although numerical parity was restored when Niklas Dorsch was sent off for Heidenheim in the 80th minute, the visitors doubled their advantage six minutes later, sealing a 2-0 away win over Mainz.

🇩🇪 Benjamin Šeško’s early double set the tone for RB Leipzig’s 4-0 thrashing of Augsburg. The victory helped Leipzig bounce back from consecutive goalless draws in their previous two league matches (againt Union Berlin and St. Pauli).

🇩🇪 Stuttgart twice came from behind to earn a 2-2 draw against Wolfsburg, with Deniz Undav’s last-gasp equalizer deep into stoppage time (90+7’) salvaging a point. Stuttgart played the final half-hour with 10 men following Atakan Karazor’s red card.

🇩🇪 In a clash between the league leaders and the defending champions, Bayern Munich and Bayer Leverkusen played out a 1-1 draw in Munich. Robert Andrich opened the scoring for Leverkusen in the 31st minute, but Bayern quickly responded, with Aleksandar Pavlovic leveling the match in the 39th minute.
