A FIFA World Cup winner in 1998, delivering to France their first and only ever World Cup title. A 3x FIFA Player of the Year, a 2x Italian Serie A winner with Juventus, a Spanish La Liga winner as a player and as manager with Real Madrid.

His control on the ball is second to none. He made playing football look simple and easy. He seems to never be under pressure. He has gone from a legendary player to a legendary coach.

He became the first manager to win the UEFA Champions League consecutively in 2017 when he guided Real Madrid to defend the title won in 2016.  He might also be the first manager to win the FIFA Club World Cup and the UEFA Super Cup consecutive seasons.

And today just happens to be his 45th birthday.
