Manchester City are 10 points clear in the title race.
Manchester United and Leicester City picked up wins to keep up with Manchester City’s pace.
Chelsea are replaced in the ‘top 4’ after dropping points in a draw with Southmapton.
West Ham takes 4th place with their home win against Tottenham.

Liverpool have stayed on 40 points for four rounds.
Everton used a Meryseide derby win to equal Liverpool in the point tally, while having a game in hand.

 

In the relegation battle,
Fulham beat Sheffield United for the three points to put pressure on Newcastle United.
Sheffield United made no progress at the bottom of the pile.
West Brom managed a point against Burnley.

Leeds United arguably deserved more from the match. Illan Meslier’s own goal gave Wolves a 1-0 win at home against Leeds.

Mason Mount’s goal from the spot allowed Chelsea to remain unbeaten under Thomas Tuchel. It finished a 1-1 draw between Southampton and Chlesea.
Southampton put an end to 6 successive league defeat by grabbing a point at home against Chelsea.

A goalless draw with West Brom meant a back-to-back draw for Burnley against a team in the relegation zone.

The last time Everton won at Anfield was on September 27, 1999. It was also a 2-0 victory.

Everton finally won a Merseyside derby. They also handed @liverpoolfc a 4th successive league defeat, and a 4th successive home defeat.

The last time Everton came out on top against Liverpool in a Merseyside derby was on October 17, 2010 at Goodison Park.

It didn’t take long for Everton to get in front. Richarlison scored the opening goal of the match in the 3rd minute.

Gylfi Sigurdsson sealed the victory when he converted from the penalty spot in the 83rd minute.

Ademola Lookman scored the only goal of the game in the 61st minute to get Fulham a win against Sheffield United. Fulham made a move to get out of the relegation zone, while keeping Sheffield United tied to the bottom of the standings.

Tottenham have one league win from their last six. It was a successive league win at home for West Ham after getting a goal in the opening 5 minutes of each half to beat Tottenham 2-1.

James Maddison and Harvery Barnes put Leicester City in the lead before the break. Betrand Traore made things a bit interesting when he cut Leicster’s lead in half in the opening minutes of the second half. The match ended a 2-1 road win for Leicester City against Aston Villa.

Raheem Sterling’s headed goal in the opening 2 minutes against Arsenal held for Manchester City to pick up another.

Manchester United take the second spot in the league standings after restoring their lead in the second half at home against Newcastle.

Christian Benteke’s goal in the final play allowed Crystal Palace to steal all three points from Brighton.
