COPPA ITALIA
The possibility of a two-legged Rome derby (Derby della Capitale) tie in the Coppa Italia semifinal was scrapped after Inter Milan knocked out Roma

INTER MILAN 2-0 ROMA
Inter Milan is still chasing it all as they advanced to the Coppa Italia semifinal after a 2-0 win to knock out Roma.
Alexis Sanchez’s strike was worthy of a game-winning goal but it was Edin Dzeko’s goal in the second minute that ended up giving Inter Milan a place in the semifinal.

AC MILAN 4-1 LAZIO
The Milan Derby (Derby della Madonnina) was kept alive when AC Milan matched Inter Milan’s ambitions and got a win against Lazio.
Rafael Leao scored and assisted to get AC Milan two goals up.
Olivier Giroud completed his brace in the injury minutes of the first half.
A Milan Derby awaits us in the semifinal.

ATALANTA 2-3 FIORENTINA
It’s a back-to-back defeat at home for Atalanta in matches that many would’ve considered them the favorites.
Krzysztof Piatek scored two goals from a penalty before Nikola Milenjovic booked Fiorentina a place in the semifinals with a goal in the third minute of the final added minutes.

JUVENTUS 2-1 SASSUOLO
Gianluca Pegolo’s goalkeeping heroics kept Sassuolo in the game for longer than they should’ve been.
It took a deflection but Dusan Vlahovic scored the winning goal for Juventus to set a semifinal appointment with Fiorentina. Vlahovic will face his old team in a two-legged semifinal tie that will take him back to his old grounds.

KNVB CUP
The quarter-final matches ended with the winners doing so without conceding a goal.
PSV Eindhoven, Ajax, and AZ Alkmaar did not leave any room for error in their respective matches. The three clubs move on to the semifinals with Go Ahead Eagles.



COUPE DE FRANCE
MONACO 2-0 AMIENS
A goal in each half got Monaco through Amiens to the semifinal.

NICE 4-1 MARSEILLE
They are currently competing for the closest seat next to Paris Saint-German in the French Ligue 1 but will be Nice who makes it to the semifinal of the Coupe de France.
Even with an own-goal to get them on the scoreboard in the third minute, Marseille could not stop an inspired Nice from coming from behind to use a resounding victory to enter the semifinal.

BERGERAC PERIGORD 1-1 VERSAILLES
Bergerac Perigord got a late goal against a 10-man Versailles to send the game to a penalty shootout.
Versailles move to the semifinal after Bergerac Perigord lost 5-4 on pens.

NANTES 2-0 BASTIA
Ludovic Blas got Nantes the game-winning goal against Bastia in the third minute through a penalty.

Semifinals of the COUPE DE FRANCE
Monaco, Nantes, Nice, Versailles

After knocking out Paris St. Germain and Marseille, Nice will be rewarded with Versailles in the semifinal, while Nantes and Monaco sought it out on the other end.

COPA DEL REY SEMIFINAL(first leg)
Feb 9.
Rayo Vallecano 1-2 Real Betis (Copa del Rey)
Real Betis bounced back from an early goal down to grab the two goals that handed them a 2-1 win on the road against Rayo Vallecano.

Feb. 10
Athletic Club 1-1 Valencia (Copa del Rey)
A 10-man Valencia got an equalizing goal in the second half to get a draw in Bilbao.

The second leg matches are on March 2 and March 3.
