Kryzstof Piatek and Fabio Quagliarella moved closer to top scorer Cristiano Ronaldo in the race for the golden boot.
The Milan teams (AC and Inter) occupy the last two positions in the league for Champions League direct qualification, while the teams from Rome (Roma and Lazio) trail behind in the Europa League qualifying spots.
