Being runners-up in the CONMEBOL is not a bad way to clinch a spot in the 2018 World Cup

Despite having to wait till the final day to clinch a place in the World Cup, Uruguay odds of making the competition was good when they welcomed Bolivia on the final day of CONMEBOL qualifiers.
