2017/18 English Premier League – Round 32 – Tottenham gets a win at Stamford Bridge

Manchester City is a win away from the Premier League title.
After handing Everton a ‘3-1’ defeat at Goodison Park, a victory in the Manchester Derby will hand Manchester City the title at home and in the presence of their local and arch-rival Manchester United.

Manchester United enjoyed victory at home against Swansea City. Romelu Lukaku scored his 100th league goal and Alexis Sanchez scored his first league goal from open play to contribute to Manchester United’s ‘2-0’ victory against Swansea City.

Three goals in the first half gave West Ham United an important victory and a crushing defeat for Southampton. An injury-time goal allowed AFC Bournemouth to take a point from Watford.

Mohamed Salah scored his 29th goal of the season, which was also the winning goal for Liverpool to take maximum points away from Selhurst Park against Crystal Palace.

A second-half penalty opened the floodgates for Arsenal to send Stoke City back home on a ‘3-0’ defeat.

West Bromwich Albion is looking to drop out of the Premier League after a home defeat against Burnley left them 10 points from safety with a maximum of 18 points left in the season.

Tottenham Hotspur had to come from a goal down to end a 28-year run of winless matches at the Stamford Bridge after Dele Alli scored a brace in his 100th Premier League appearance to guide Tottenham to a ‘3-1’ victory over Chelsea. The result allowed Tottenham to widen the gap between the two sides to 8-points while placing themselves in position themselves in a perfect position to finish higher up the league table.
