Athletic Club continues to turn their season around and came from a goal down to win away against Girona.

Getafe at risk of a top 4 exit after suffering a defeat to Leganes

Lionel Messi‘s brace wins Barcelona the Catalan Derby against Espanyol.

Iago Aspas guided Celta Vigo to complete a second-half comeback after going 2 goals down to Villarreal before the break. The win denied Villarreal from pulling four points away from relegation-zoned Celta Vigo. With 9 matches left to play, both teams will be looking to pick up the results that will see them avoid the drop.

Four unanswered goals from Atletico Madrid kept Alaves from potential progress into the top 4.

Valencia seals a win to leap over Sevilla in the standings. Sevilla failed to get a win at home that would have seen their return into the ‘top 4’/.

Huesca gave them a scare, but Real Madrid picked up another win under Zidane. Karim Benzema scored the final goal of the match for Real Madrid to deny Huesca a win that was considered ‘improbable’ before kick-off.
