Borussia Dortmund has picked up a point in their last five matches, and for this reason, Bayern Munich is now 6-points clear at the top of the league standings and 9-points clear from fifth-placed Borussia Dortmund.
RB Leipzig had to settle for a point after failing to hold on to a lead against a 10-man Bayer Leverkusen. The point was not enough to secure Leipzig’s place in the standings, as Schalke defeated Hamburger SV to climb level on points (and a better goal difference) with Leipzig.
